This verse describes God's power over all living beings. Although some may believe they have power, or enough money to think themselves as better than others, or as having more worst than others, God's power reigns over them. There is no being more powerful than the Lord, and there is no being more graceful than him. God has the power to make the rich fall and the poor rise. He is our protector and our guiding force in life. We must humble ourselves before him as he can bring us to glory and peace.
