In this verse, David describes how God supported him through his life. He tells us that he faced many hardships, along with many evils, and was able to overcome all with the help of God. No matter how hard our troubles may seem, or how strong the temptation of evil is, we must remembered that God is stronger. He is more powerful than any obstacle that we may face on our journey through life, and we must look to him for strength when we endure these obstacles.
