Romans 10:4 means that believing in Jesus brings us goodness and happiness. It says that following the rules alone cannot make us good, but having faith in Jesus can. The verse teaches us that Jesus fulfilled the requirements of "the law" for us, so we don't have to try to be perfect on our own. Instead, this verse shows us that we can trust in Jesus and his sacrifice to bring us closer to God. This verse reminds us that we don't have to earn our way to God's love and favor; we simply need to believe in Jesus and his saving grace.
