This verse explains the importance of prayer. When we turn to God, we must pray to him, and seek his knowledge, but also his forgiveness. God is merciful, and his grace allows all to be forgiven for their sins. We must praise him for his endless forgiveness, but also turn ourselves around and do better. Evil and sin are tempting, but God and faith give us the strength to resist this temptation, and remain on a Holy path in life. To be truly saved from our sins we must resist future sin, and only then can our souls be fully healed.
