In this verse, David is explaining that the Lord saves all who humble themselves before him. God's mercy is endless, and his kindness is everlasting, so we must bring ourselves before him when we are in times of need. We must not lose faith and give up just because we are faced with a challenge. God saves all, and he will carry you through these hardships, as long as we keep our faith. We need only to ask him and allow him into our lives to be saved.
